Inspector showed up early, before I arrived, and was already taking pictures of the outside. He was very professional, courteous and very well mannered. He used several instruments to check different things and when he had something to show me he explained what it was and why he was showing it to me.
Once he was done he said he would send me A report and several hours later, later that evening, I received a very in-depth report with pictures with thorough explanations. If I ever need a home inspection again I would use Al and The Home Inspection Hub, in a heartbeat.
